Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. In the span of a year, she earned her pro card aged 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish her college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years setting up new goals. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her degree from college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show was a success and she finished third. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
