Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a performer, writer, and actress in the United States for over 40 years. She is most famous because of her portrayal as Ginger Grant (in the 60s TV show Gilligan's Island). The Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first show she performed in when she made her stage debut. In 1956, she got her first big break with a performance on Broadway along with Li'l abner. The same year, She recorded her first album, It's time for Tina. Louise started with her Hollywood career in 1958, in which she portrayed Griselda Walden in God's Small Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was a huge success, and Louise earned an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her relationships to Lee Strasberg. Her most memorable performance came from 1964, when she enrolled with CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise worked successfully in both Hollywood as well as Broadway as a somber character in order to dispel her image as a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 & Sanctuary however she also made a mark as an effective television director in various series like Supernatural and The 100. She was born in Essex on August 28th 1965 and her family moved to Toronto when she was three where she subsequently spent in the adolescent years and childhood. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997, and was there ever for the last ten years.
