Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American cookbook author who has been awarded Emmy award. She hosts the oldest Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It is scheduled to air for 27 more seasons. Ina began her career by working for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and policy documents. Her first impression was that her job to be intellectually stimulating, but eventually lost interest and opened a food specialty store known as Barefoot Contessa. It took her 18 years to make the shop hugely successful, and then decided to sell it. After that, she started writing the first of many cookbooks. The cookbooks were followed by many more and magazine columns which came later. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too began its run and was a hit. The range of products includes appliances for kitchens to ingredient as well as storage containers. Ina, who is self-taught and has not attended a culinary school or in the hotel. She is known as an easy cook, and also for her entertaining style. Some of her best known recipes include the Skillet-Roasted lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
